The Events Committee plays a vital role in bringing the Rocky Point–Sound Beach Chamber of Commerce to life through engaging, high-quality events that support local businesses and strengthen community connections. This committee plans, develops, and executes the Chamber’s annual event calendar, working collaboratively to create experiences that drive foot traffic, promote member businesses, and foster meaningful engagement.

Signature events include the Annual Gala, Downtown Sound Beach Spring Festival & Street Fair, Annual Holiday Tree Lighting, and the Fall Festival, along with mixers and special programs throughout the year. Committee members help shape event concepts, coordinate logistics, support vendors and sponsors, and ensure each event reflects the Chamber’s mission of economic growth and community pride.
