Downtown Rocky Point transforms into a walkable holiday marketplace for the day.

Hosted by the Rocky Point–Sound Beach Chamber of Commerce, this outdoor community festival brings together local artisans, small businesses, food vendors, and interactive experiences designed for all ages. Guests can shop handcrafted holiday gifts, discover boutique finds, enjoy local food trucks, and visit nearby restaurants and brick-and-mortar shops throughout the district.

The daytime WinterFest features hands-on activities including face painting, henna, fairy hair tinsel, permanent jewelry, laser tag, axe throwing, games, raffles, live music, and more — creating a full afternoon of family-friendly entertainment.

As evening arrives, the community gathers for the annual Tree Lighting celebration from 5:00–7:00 PM, featuring free hot cocoa and meet-and-greets with Santa, bringing neighbors together to kick off the holiday season.
